1. Who we are
These terms apply to services supplied by Ronnie Dog Media Comm. V., Lokeren, Belgium (VAT BE0693988181).
2. Quotes and orders
Every order starts with a written quote. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing. Prices are as quoted.
3. Content approval
All content, whether you supply it or we write it, must be approved by us before publication. Content must be lawful and accurate. We may edit for the publication's style or decline content that doesn't fit a site's rules or editorial standards.
4. Sponsored posts
Labelling follows each publication's editorial policy.
5. Gambling and restricted topics
Gambling, casino and betting posts are accepted on many of our titles, subject to each site's rules. Some sites exclude certain topics, such as crypto or CBD. We'll confirm which titles fit before you order.
6. Timings
We aim to reply to enquiries within one business day. Publication timing varies by title and is not guaranteed; any date we give is an estimate.
7. Business Audit
Fixes are only made after your approval. Security checks are read-only and are not penetration tests. Privacy findings are readiness guidance, not legal advice or certification.
8. Payment
We invoice after publication, with full company and VAT details. Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice date, by PayPal or bank transfer.
